This is no ordinary pub—it’s a flagship site that blends historic charm with contemporary appeal, attracting a steady flow of tourists and a local clientele.

Windsor is a town rich in royal heritage and high expectations, and The Royal Windsor occupies a prime position—both geographically and reputationally. To thrive here, you’ll need the strategic acumen of a seasoned operator, the presence of a true leader, and the finesse to deliver exceptional guest experiences day in and day out.

This single-bar operation has been thoughtfully designed to cater to a variety of occasions, from intimate gatherings to exclusive private hires. Perhaps the most exciting feature is our newly transformed outdoor space. With a stylish garden bar, open-air BBQ, and artisan pizza kitchen, it’s a vibrant setting that offers significant opportunity to grow revenue and enhance guest satisfaction—one pint, one slice, and one memorable moment at a time.

We’re looking for a General Manager who combines commercial sharpness with genuine hospitality. Someone who leads from the front, inspires a high-performing team, and consistently delivers service with pace, precision, and warmth.
