The Opportunity 

We are looking for a Team Leader who enjoys supporting and motivating the team to create a fantastic experience for our guests at Farmhouse. You’ll help guide and coach the team, making sure everyone works together to deliver the best service possible.

Regardless of the occasion, we’re here to serve great-tasting food and drink, with our guests at the heart of everything we do. In New Waltham, Grimsby is The Farmhouse, a popular village pub serving delicious food and a fantastic range of drinks. Our menu boasts all the best of British dishes, from hearty Sunday roasts to sumptuous desserts and everything in between. Or, if our guests simply want to sit back and relax with a sip, our variety of cask and craft ales, wines, gins and crafted cocktails are the perfect refreshment to enjoy either in our cosy pub during the colder months or out in our incredible garden during sunny summer days. Plus, with regular quiz nights, karaoke and entertainment, there's always something to enjoy here at The Farmhouse.
