We are looking for an experienced Front of House Team Leader who can lead, motivate and encourage the wider team to deliver an amazing guest experience at Old Plough.

Regardless of the occasion, we’re here to serve great-tasting food and drink, with our guests at the heart of everything we do. Seaford is home to The Old Plough, a friendly town centre pub offering premium British dishes to locals and visitors alike. Our extensive food menu spans all the nation's favourites, from Sunday roasts to succulent steaks, warming pies and indulgent desserts. And for something more thirst-quenching, our drinks offering is brimming with wines, gins, crafted cocktails and a wonderful variety of ales sourced locally from Sussex. We also boast the best place to enjoy them – a lovely beer garden at the front of our pub, perfect for a drink after a trip to the seaside.
