The Opportunity 

At The Waterside Inn, we are looking for Front of House Team Members who enjoy working as part of a team.  We will provide all the training and support you need to build your skills. What’s most important is your ability to connect with the team and help create a positive experience for our guests.

• Help prepare and serve our delicious food and drinks at The Waterside Inn. 
• Offer friendly recommendations to enhance the guest experience. 
• Contribute to maintaining a clean and safe environment for guests and team members.

We're a small batch of handpicked locals – your home for British hospitality. Regardless of the occasion, we’re here to serve great-tasting food and drink, with our guests at the heart of everything we do. As the name suggests, The Waterside Inn is a charming traditional pub perched on the edge of the River Lea in Ware. Our beautiful location makes us the perfect spot for a relaxing drink taking in the river views, with a wide range of cask and craft ales, wines, spirits and crafted cocktails to choose from. For something a little more indulgent, our extensive food menu boasts everything from Sunday roasts to seasonal specials and heart warming desserts.
